1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product with proof (images/videos).

2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:
If the product is confirmed as damaged
If the wrong product was delivered
If the order is cancelled before shipment
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at kmchairoil@gmail.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
